Posted Social was born from a simple idea:
To help good businesses grow with better marketing.
Our founder, Matt Joe started Posted Social in 2022 after years in relationship-driven sales at 1st Phorm, where he coached athletes and influencers on how to build trust, tell their stories, and turn audiences into loyal customers.
That personal approach of real content, real connection, and real results became the foundation of what Posted Social would become.
At the same time, Michael Woll was building Asera, a tech-forward agency focused on scaling businesses through web design, backend optimization, automation, and data-driven infrastructure. A lifelong builder, Michael spent his teenage years teaching himself to code, launching NFTs, and door-to-door sales — experiences that shaped his unique mix of technical skill and entrepreneurial grit.
Where Matt brought heart and creative firepower, Michael brought structure, scalability, and technical precision.
When the two came together in the Fall of 2025, they built something rare:
