Matt is the founder and Brand / Marketing Director of Posted Social.
With a background in relationship-driven sales at 1st Phorm, Matt cut his teeth coaching influencers and athletes on how to build trust and grow their businesses through authentic, lifestyle-focused content. That experience became the foundation for what Posted Social does today: helping service-based businesses scale with high-level strategy, scroll-stopping creative, and execution that actually gets results.
But Matt’s journey didn’t start in a boardroom, it started in a prison cell. After serving over eight years and returning home in 2019 with no formal marketing background or education, he picked up a camera, leaned into raw talent and faith, and built Posted Social from scratch. That perspective, humility, hunger, and fierce commitment, infuse everything he leads today.
Matt isn’t just the guy behind the strategy; he’s the reason Posted Social runs with so much heart, integrity, and intensity.
Michael Woll
Michael Woll is the Growth & Technical Director of Posted Social: the architect behind the systems, strategy, and structure that make our clients’ growth scalable.
With a background that bridges computer science, marketing, and entrepreneurship, Michael built his career at the intersection of creativity and precision. Before joining forces with Matt to scale Posted Social, he founded Asera — a digital infrastructure and automation company focused on helping businesses run smarter, not harder. That blend of deep technical expertise and growth-focused thinking is what powers Posted Social’s ability to go beyond just “marketing.”
Michael leads everything behind the curtain: website design and development, SEO, paid media, and the technical ecosystems that turn creative into revenue. He approaches business like an engineer — breaking down complexity, optimizing performance, and designing systems that compound over time.
Where Matt brings the heart, Michael brings the engine. Together, they’ve built a company that doesn’t just make brands look good — it makes them unstoppable.
Blake Jaspering
Blake Jaspering is the Creative Director at Posted Social — the eye behind the lens and the mind shaping the creative heartbeat of everything we produce.
A St. Louis native and Missouri State graduate with a B.S. in Film, Blake built his career through a relentless dedication to visual storytelling. His background in production videography and editing has made him a true genius at turning ideas into cinematic reality — the kind of content that doesn’t just look good, but makes people stop, feel, and take action.
At Posted Social, Blake leads the creative team with precision and passion, ensuring every frame, cut, and concept reflects the quality and authenticity our clients are known for. His approach blends artistic instinct with technical mastery, transforming strategy into emotion and brand into experience.
When he’s not behind the camera or in the editing suite, you’ll find Blake outdoors — fishing, hunting, or hiking. It’s where he finds balance, perspective, and the inspiration that fuels his work.

Courtney Luer is the Social Media Director at Posted Social — the brain (and personality) behind the posts that make brands impossible to ignore.
For Courtney, social media isn’t just a job — it’s second nature. She has a knack for spotting trends before they take off and turning everyday moments into share-worthy content that actually drives results. Her superpower? Making strategy feel human and storytelling feel effortless.
At Posted Social, she leads the social team with a mix of creativity, intuition, and a good dose of humor — because the best content always starts with connection.
When she’s not crafting scroll-stopping campaigns, you’ll find her living what she posts about — exploring new restaurants around St. Louis, hunting for deals at HomeGoods, hanging with friends and family, or spending time with her puppy, Lulu.

Halle is a Social Media Manager at Posted Social — the spark behind the content that feels fresh, real, and right on trend.
Equal parts strategist and creator, she brings an eye for what’s next and a passion for authentic storytelling. From UGC-style content and trending sounds to polished brand visuals, Halle knows how to make brands show up online in a way that feels both natural and unforgettable.
When she’s not crafting scroll-stopping posts, she’s behind the camera running her own photography business, sipping coffee, or dancing her heart out in a Zumba class. She’s the definition of creative energy — always moving, always making, and always having fun with it.

A true wizard with Photoshop and design software, Alex brings ideas to life with precision, originality, and a relentless attention to detail. Whether it’s crafting logos, social graphics, or full-scale brand identities, his work defines the look and feel of Posted Social and our clients alike.
A creative to his core, Alex loves building creativity in others just as much as he loves creating himself. Outside of work, you’ll probably find him on the golf course, catching a great movie in theaters, or spending quality time with friends!
