Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Job Overview

Posted Social is seeking a talented Videographer / Video Editor to join our in-office production team in St. Louis. This is a full production role — you’ll shoot and edit, start to finish — with the majority of your work built specifically for short- and long-form social media content across a range of client industries.
This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who thrives in a fast-moving creative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit content for clients across a variety of industries, with a primary focus on short-form social content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Editing: including color grading, sound design, and captioning where necessary
• Manage multiple shoots and edits simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Collaborate closely with the creative and social media teams to ensure content matches brand voice and strategy

Experience & Requirements

• Professional videography and editing experience, with meaningful short-form social content work (agency or equivalent environment preferred)
• Experience with on-location shooting, quick editing turnaround, and social-native pacing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment
• Strong creative eye and storytelling ability

The Offer

• $55,000–$70,000 starting salary, based on experience
